Do I have to submit documents electronically or can I submit hard copy files?
The Annual Questionnaire, Fee Schedule, and Audit Letters (if applicable) should be completed electronically. Electronically signed documents can be tracked and managed efficiently, and unlike hard copy files, e-sign documents can’t be backdated and are much easier to authenticate.

Who can sign and complete the Annual Questionnaire and Fee Schedule?
Individuals designated as a Plan Signer or Primary Contact may complete and sign the fee schedule and annual questionnaire.

What if pre-filled information in the e-documents is incorrect?
If incorrect information is listed in an editable field in the Annual Questionnaire, simply correct the information before signing. If the incorrect information is in an un-editable field (in the Fee Schedule, for instance), contact plansupport@tagresources.com for assistance.

Can I start a document, then come back and finish it later?
Yes, you may start working on an e-document and come back to it later to finish it. Your changes to the document will be saved so you may pick up where you left off.

Can I send a copy of the completed documents to someone else?
Once the e-documents have been signed, you have the option to download a pdf version of the document. You may save the file, then forward it to someone else.
